A

A buyer strategy which focuses on holding the property for a long term after purchase as a rental property or rehabilitation project that doesn’t involve immediate flipping or wholesale

Refinance

A

Taking out another loan on a property you currently own. This amount can often be used to purchase the remaining balance of the first loan and (with the money leftover) can then be reinvested into another new property. This only works if the property has appreciated in value in the interim.
