What would you say is the most important thing about being a police officer?
I think there are a few qualities that are important to being a police officer, but the main one being an active listener. You want the public to feel valued and acknowledged when speaking with them, which is a large aspect to the job, it also ensures that you notice important details and information that may be vital to yourself and others such as detectives or the emergency response teams.
