Q

If my horse is acting like a partner, what should I ask myself?

A

Do I…

  • Try to understand my horse’s point of view
  • Realize that it’s my responsibility to change my approach because I decided my horse should be my partner (bought him, adopted him, received him as a gift etc.)
  • Offer the horse an idea but allow the horse to make the decision to do it
  • Take the time it takes (so it takes less time)
