SRP,PFR vs BB: How often do you check a flop with a tripled board (eg 444)

Practically you never check in that situation vs BB. You bet range.

Why is it important that my flop c-bet contain air?
A
If not, my check back range will contain too much air, and villians will be able to exploit (Saulo said this can be unconscious!) by probing turn with a wide range (including air and middling hands).
For the same reason, I should slow play premiums sometimes.
