A

Chronic gastritis (diet, proton inhib pump, meds) degrades parietal cells –> no intrinsic factor –> pernicious anemia (reticulocytosis) px pale and fatigued –> posterolateral sclerosis (aka combined systems disease) produces stocking and glove paresthesia
