What are the problems you currently see with reporting in Training and what can we do to solve them?
Saba’s native reporting widget is not able to pull large data sets and any sort of scale, so requests for aggregated data are basically impossible to pull directly out of Saba and must be done through back end tables that we don’t have access to.
Too many requests coming from ICs and M1s who are looking for nice-to-have or nice-to-know data that doens’t drive business decisions.

Team culture - all data analysts vs. 10 people in 7 different roles
Sharing between teams - collaborative
Strike a balance between trying to see around corners, surprise and delight, anticipate what your stakeholders are going to ask for next and a backlog of requests, giving stakeholders exactly they want asked for so you can move on to the next task
