Spasms of muscles (neck, shoulder, back which causes trunk to arch forward)
Facial grimacing
Laryngeal spasms

(Can type acute dystonia into MC to get medication)

A

Prophylactic LMWH shouldn’t be presribed along with warfarin.

ALso don’t have prophylactic LMWH prescribed after a ischaemic or haemorrhagic stroke!
