4 type of proportions
A
Uniform groups: all members are of the same type.
No variation at all
Skewed groups: 85% or more of the members are of one type, the rest are “tokens”.
Tilted group: 65% of members are of the same type.
The minority can influence the dynamic of the group.
Balanced group: ration between group members is close to 50:50.

What are tokens?
A
Tokens: treated as representatives of their category rather than as individual.
Burden to the token as they are subjected to other tests.
