Gender-based violence
- Forcing to watch obscene
publication and indecent shows - Forcing the wife and mistress
to live in conjugal home or sleep
together in the same room with
the abuser - Prostituting the woman or child
Sexual Violence
acts that make or attempt to make a
woman, financially dependent, withdrawal of financial support, preventing women from engaging in any legitimate profession, and destroying household property.
Economic Abuse
acts or omission or causing or likely to cause mental or emotional suffering of the victim but not limited to intimidation, harassment,
stalking, damage to property, pull up for precise seeking, public ridicule, or humiliation, repeated verbal, marital infidelity.
Psychological Abuses
Allowing the victim to witness the physical, sexual, or psychological abuse of a member of the family, witness pornography in any form,
witness abusive injury to pets and deprivation of the right to
custody or visitation of common children.
Psychological Abuses
An act defining violence against women and their children, providing for protective measures for victims prescribing penalties therefore, and for other purposes.
