Restless, walking around the room. Doesn’t track you unless you grab him.
Talking fast and confusedly.
Will hold, squeeze, or do any command that you ask.

Snoring respirations.

80 year old fell onto concrete. Clenched jaw. Gurgling slow respirations that are irregular. Pupils are 2mm and 4mm when you pry open the eyelids. HR=49. BP=188/67. Hands are clenched and drawn up to his chest.

Multi-trauma dude in a MVC. Eyes open to trap-squeeze, briefly. When you repeatedly shout at him, he replied with garbled noise and partial words. He can however squeeze your fingers when you tell him a few times.

Intoxicated after 4 mickeys this morning for a quick pick me up. Unstable gait, keeps falling down. Drooping eyelids that keep closing until you start speaking forcefully to him again. Laughing with slurred speech and won’t stay on topic, says his name is Nikolas, but can’t/won’t answer any of your other questions. Will attempt to touch his finger to his nose upon command but lacks any/all coordination to do so.
