Eyes open to touch, inappropriate verbal response with a localised response to pain.
How would a patient be presenting with a GCS of 7 (E1, V2, M4)?
Unresponsive eyes, incomprehensible sounds, flexion/withdrawal to pain.
How would a patient be presenting with a GCS of 4 (E1, V1, M2)?
Unresponsive eyes, no sounds, decerebrate posturing.
