  1. Ophthalmoplegia (often with pupillary paralysis)
  2. Ataxia and areflexia of limbs without weakness
  3. anti-GQ1b antibodies (90%)

IVIg is administered as five daily infusions for a total dose of 2 g/kg body weight.
