A
1) Wounds - Eisenhower - a cut is a break in both layers of skin
2) Inflict GBH - Smith - this means no more and no less than serious injury but doesn’t have to be life threatening
Saunders - serious harm is enough

S20 - Intention to cause some serious injury or reckless about causing some injury confirmed in the case of Mowatt
S18 - Intention to cause serious injury. Saunders - must intend serious injury and use Woolin
