On duty flight sgt or appropriate authority

Unannounced alarm activation or exigent circumstances occurring on/off the instillation

A
To use the vehicles as barricades and to block any entry and exit the instillation

Until further instruction from BDOC or competent authority

Who will direct closure of gates during a hot pursuit?

FC and/or desk sergeant

A
Make, model, color, plate number, number of occupants, and direction of travel. And get into a chase vehicle and follow.
