What would the treatment be for peritonitis/biliary tract/intra-abdominal?

A

(total IV/PO 7-10 days)
IV amoxicillin + metronidazole + gentamicin, then step down to PO co-trimoxazole + metronidazole
If penicillin allergic give IV vancomycin + metronidazole + gentamicin, then step down to PO co-trimoxazole + metronidazole
