Bloody diarrhoea, vomiting, abode pain

- Cipro

Severe vomiting

Self limiting

Flu like prodrome –> abdo pain, fever and diarrhoea

GBS

What is the management of campylobacter?
Clari

Either
- vomiting within 6 hours, usually by rice
- Diarrhoea after 6 hours
What is the management of bacillus?
Mild - self limiting
Severe - vanc
What are the features of amoebiasis?
Gradual onset, long lasting
Bloody diarrhoea and abdo pain
Entamoeba histolytica protozoan
What is the management of amoebiasis?
Metro and diloxanide fuorate
