- acute abdominal distress

A
think…Dumping syndrome…fast…want it to slow down
“when everything is low, stomach is slow”
- low carb
- high protein
- no fluids at meal time (1-2 hr before or after)
- lay flat on side after meals

A
regurgitation of acid into esophagus, two chambered stomach
-correct rate, wrong direction

A
GERD when lying down after meals
- they have to have eaten
- they have to have been laying down
-not random GERD during the day
