Dull upper right abdominal pain or tenderness that spreads to the right shoulder and back, increase in pain following a fatty meal, congestion and fullness of the epigastrium and abdomen, oppression of the chest, belching; loss of appetite, no apparent fever or jaundice, frequent recurrence of symptoms.
