Galatians 1:10
Am I trying to win over human beings or God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I wouldn’t be Christ’s slave.
Galatians 2:20-21
[20] I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. And the life that I now live in my body, I live by faith, indeed, by the faithfulness of God’s Son, who loved me and gave himself for me. [21] I don’t ignore the grace of God, because if we become righteous through the Law, then Christ died for no purpose.
Galatians 3:26-28
[26] You are all God’s children through faith in Christ Jesus. [27] All of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. [28] There is neither Jew nor Greek; there is neither slave nor free; nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
Galatians 4:4-7
[4] But when the fulfillment of the time came, God sent his Son, born through a woman, and born under the Law. [5] This was so he could redeem those under the Law so that we could be adopted. [6] Because you are sons and daughters, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba, Father!” [7] Therefore, you are no longer a slave but a son or daughter, and if you are his child, then you are also an heir through God.
Galatians 4:8-9
[8] At the time, when you didn’t know God, you were enslaved by things that aren’t gods by nature. [9] But now, after knowing God (or rather, being known by God), how can you turn back again to the weak and worthless world system? Do you want to be slaves to it again?
Galatians 5:1
Christ has set us free for freedom. Therefore, stand firm and don’t submit to the bondage of slavery again.
Galatians 5:13
[13] You were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only don’t let this freedom be an opportunity to indulge your selfish impulses, but serve each other through love.
Galatians 5:22-25
[22] But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, [23] gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against things like this. [24] Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the self with its passions and its desires. [25] If we live by the Spirit, let’s follow the Spirit.
Galatians 6:7-9
[7] Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. [8] Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. [9] Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Galatians 6:14
[14] But as for me, God forbid that I should boast about anything except for the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. The world has been crucified to me through him, and I have been crucified to the world.
