Consultation, investigation, planning, design, preparation of drawings and specs, and responsible supervision. All of the services are in connection with the preservation or determination of proper land use, natural land features, esthetics, planting plans, shaping of land, and grading plans.

1-a contractor acting in the capacity of a contractor or landscape contractor provided they are the prime contractor for the installation of their own design.

- contractor if they are the prime contractor AND installing their design. 2. person whose services are offered solely as a gardener or nurserymen. 3. person whose services are offered solely as a municipal, regional, or urban planner AND qualified by training or experience. 4. person employed by state agency/county/municipality on lands owned by same jurisdiction acting in the capacity of a LA.
