(g) Fees.
A
A healthcare provider may charge reasonable fees for accessing, exchanging or using EHI so long as they are based on the provider’s costs and applied in a non-discriminatory manner as more fully described in the regulations. (45 C.F.R. § 171.302; see 85 FR 25879-88).
