What is the definition of this tense?
This tense is used to talk about the future. There is the simple future tense (voy a (infinitive) - I am going to …), but there is also this tense. For example, iremos a un cine (we will go to a cinema)
Also, this tense does not require the -ar -er or -ir of the verb to be taken off, the ending is simply added to the end
Ir - yo
Iré - I will go
Poder - tú
Podrás - You will be able to
IRREGULAR - PODR-
Regular -ar, -er & -ir verb suffixes

What do all irregular versions of this tense have in common?
All of them have the same endings, just the root changes. For example, decir becomes dir(verb ending)
Saber - ellos/ ellas/ ustedes
Sabrán - they will know
IRREGULAR - SABR-
Venir - él/ ella/ usted
Vendrá - It will come
IRREGULAR - VENDR-
Hablar - nosotros
Hablaremos - we will speak
Tener - tú
Tendrás - You will have
IRREGULAR - TENDR-
Salir - yo
IRREGULAR - SALDR-
Comer - ellos/ ellas/ ustedes
Comerán - they will eat
Hacer - tú
Harás - you will make
IRREGULAR - HAR-
Poner - nosotros
Pondremos - We will be able to
IRREGULAR - PONDR-
Vivir - yo
Viviré - I will live
Querer - vosotros
Querréis - MAYBE DOUBLE CHECK you will want (plural)
