P: Would benefit environment greatly if they work.
Green taxes would boost employment by almost 500,000 by 2020.
Give people an incentive to upgrade their homes.
C: public wouldn’t like extra taxes. Studies show that poor income households use more energy and so poorer people would pay more for there energy.
