The court may at any time order a party to clarify any matter in dispute or give additional information whether or not it is contained in a statement of case.

Courts discretion - 3 considerations
A
When are making an order the court must have regard to:
the likely benefit which will result of the information is given and,
the likely cost of giving it, and
to whether the financial resources of the party against whom the order is sought are likely to be sufficient to enable that party to comply.
