atrophy of frontal and temporal lobes, pick bodies (spherical aggregation of tau), gliosis, neurofibrillary tangles, senile plaques
what should not be used in FTLD?
AChE inhibitors or memantine
difference in semantic and CPA?
in semantic they are fluent but empty or little meaning . Memory is better in semantic for recent event than remote unlike Alzheimers
