What are Standard Evaluation Guidelines?
SEG’s are the definition of each rating scale in the context of each of the 34 task areas. They provide behavioral anchors for FTO’s to make standardized evaluations among the complex Task Areas.
What is a DOR?
Daily Observation Reports are completed by FTO’s within the ADORE program and list each of the Task Area’s for evaluation each day.
What is the DOR log?
Daily Logs are used in conjunction with DOR’s in ADORE to provide a comprehensive/detailed training record for the new officer. Logs are completed to document each event the new officer handled or became involved in.
Describe the purpose of Training Enhancements.
These are forms used to document extra training, above and beyond the normal. They are primarily used when new officers are falling behind in an area and need extra training to catch up.
What is the critical task book?
The highly detailed critical task book lists all the task areas which must be discussed and/or performed by the new officer as a way to standardize field training.

False, Extensions are the exception rather than the rule and have no minimum or maximum length as described in the FTEP Manual. Continual progress is required during an extension.
