The last quiz was harsh so this should help. I put it in my own words so it will be a little more..simple. Talk to me if there is an issue.

Sportsmanship and respect is KEY
The Pitch
The field - Rectangular shape with end zones 37 M Wide & 64 M from goal to goal! Endzones are 18M deep.
Teams
Can have as many players on a team as you’d like, but only 7 can be on the pitch.
Starting play
Line up at opposite sides and defense throws the disk and everyone can move.
Scoring
To score a team must complete a pass in their endzone.
Moving the disk
You cannot move when holding but pivot to get an angle
Change of possession
If your team does not catch the Frisbee the other team gets to throw.
No contact
Don’t push someone on purpose just to get the Frisbee.
Defending
When defending someone you must be arms length or farther from them.
Self referee
ALL players act as referees in the game. Point out when a rule is broken.
