The Pitch

Full size Ultimate pitch is rectangular shaped with end zones at each end. Pitch is 37m wide and 64m from goal line to goal line. Endzones are 18m deep.

Teams

Can have as many players on a team as you’d like, but only 7 can be on the pitch.

Starting Play

Each point begins with both teams lining up on opposite end zones. The defense throws (pulls) the disc to the offense. Once thrown all players can begin movement.

To score a team must complete a pass in their endzone.

Moving the Disc

ANY player holding the disc must stand still. They are allowed to pivot side to side. Passing is the only way to move the disc.
