What are the 3 levels of the mind
A
- unconscious: houses all urges and instincts, desires beyond awareness sex and aggression. Also houses experiences of our ancestors phylogenetics. Manifests as opposite.
- preconscious: thoughts and perceptions a person may not be immediately aware of. Slips the mind (if it creates anxiety it will be sent back to the unconscious)
Conscious: thoughts we are aware of
