Therefore, we’re responsible for our actions and it’s impossible to predict human behaviour with any precision.

Free will is an illusion and behaviour is governed by internal/ external forces over which we have no control.
So behaviour is predictable.

Describe hard determinism.

Forces outside of our control shape our behaviour - incompatible with free will.
