Dishonest Action. An intention to Make GAIN or LOSS to another exposing other to RISK OFF LOSS.

Possession, making, or supplying articles for committing fraud

Credit cards / cheque books
Driving license / Passports
Where can S6 & S7 offence be committed?
Anywhere even suspect house
What is S11 of Fraud Act 2006?
Dishonest obtaining of services
Do you need intent not to pay service with S11?
YES - Dishonest Act - Obtaining Services / Service where payment is required with INTENT to avoid payment.
Examples of S11 Services?
Dry cleaners.
Restaurant
Hair cut
Bus etc
What is S3 of Theft ACT 1968?
Making off without payment
What is making off without payment?
If person makes off without paying but made no dishonest representation and had every intention to pay for good before property obtained this is offence under S3 Theft Act.
