Feelings of great warmth or intensity
Ex.: She devoted herself to her studies with great ardor.

Electricity produced by a chemical action
Prognosticate
Make a prediction about or to tell in advance
Think: “pro-” = before
Ex.: A prognosis is when a doctor makes a prediction about what a person’s ailment might be

Ex.: The National Inquirer is a magazine that contains theories about unsolved mysteries.
