what do you do with open fractures(if bones are sticking out)?
what if you walk into the room and can’t see the bones anymore.. they’ve been pulled back down into the muscle due to muscle spasms. what are we worried about now?
- first thing you need to do is COVER THE AREA pref with something sterile..
- infection because the bones could have introduced infection to tissue now.
what neuro-vascular checks must be done?
