No payment to secure business or direct business to 3rd party to be made to political parties / organizations / leaders.

About payment to government officials

No payment to any government official to influence favourably business decisions affecting the company.

About payment for routine governmental actions

Answer 4

Authorized to facilitate payments to complete routine governmental actions (importations, visas, various permits, …).
Must be approved by the GeoMarket Manager or Controller.

About excpetions to these rules

Answer 5

No payment rules do not apply in situations where life or health of an employee or dependent is jeopardized.
