Defend on the front, press against defenders to force them to make a decision
Something you shouldn’t be shy on?
Most defenders dont really have as good of a skill than midfielders and fowards, so go ahead and pressure them!
Defend up front as if…
They are in our lane
The opponent keeper has the ball, what do you do?
Pressure against him, forcing him to make a clearance. Force him on his weak foot, make him panic.
What is something you wanna mix up?
Mix up plays, sometimes go short, sometimes go long, be unpredictable
When a defender closes down your teammate, what do you do?
Go make a run, because the other team is down a defender, there should be plenty of space.
If the defense is too good, what do you do?
Run and drop back with the midfield.
What is something you wanna keep your heads up on?
Keep a look out on foward runs
You’re doing a counter attack, what do you?
Give the ball carrier options when attacking, dont just stand there.
