1.Autonomy
2.Beneficience
3.Non-Maleficence
4.Justice

Consenquentialist.
Is beneficence deontology or consenquentialist?
deontology
Explain beneficence.
Beneficence recognizes the need to act in the best interests of the patient while avoiding harm.
but still providing necessary help and support.
Explain autonomy
Autonomy is derived from the basis of respect for persons. Applying the Principle of Autonomy recognizes the requirements of the patient as well as the patient’s wishes.
(RP + WP = Autonomy)
Explain non-malificence
“Primary Non Nocere,” Principle of non-Maleficence is the bioethical obligation of the duty of the physician to “Do no Harm,” to the patient intentionally, the principle that is not stated, but is embedded in The Hippocratic Oath. This principle is primarily used in issues of
terminal illness or serious disease where some treatments might be harmful to the patient.
Explain justice
Justice is based on fairness of actions for patient benefit and equal allotment of resources to
patients, so that individual patient needs are met. (e. g. Distribution of available human organs for transplant).
