On-Licence:
Authorised holder to sell, supply and allow consumption of alcohol on the premises such as bar, clubs or restaurants
Section 17
Off-Licence:
Authorised holder to sell, deliver or arrange for delivery of alcohol consumption off the premises such as liquor stores or supermarkets
Section 21
Club Licence:
Authorises holder to sell and supply alcohol for consumption to members of the club, guests accompanied by the member of the club and members of another club with reciprocal rights
Section 22
Special Licence (a)
ON-SITE:
Authorises holder to sell and supply alcohol for consumption to any person attending occasions/events on the premises
Section 22
Special Licence (b)
OFF-SITE:
Authorised holder to sell alcohol for consumption to any person attending events/occasions elsewhere such as concerts, rugby game, etc.
