what are we doing in initiate the session

for a CVS what do we ask about in the biomedical aspects area
SOCRATES - site, onset, character, radiation, associated symptoms, time course, exacerbating/ alleviating, severity.
then the associated is the stuff like chest pain, breathlessness (laying down, waking you up), leg swelling, leg pain (vice like), palpatations, syncope or pre-syncope.
then the sort of questions you’d need to ask in that realm.
for a Respiratory what do we need to ask about
SOCRATES.
pain, shortness of breath, added breathing sounds (wheeze), hoarseness, cough, sputum, haemoptysis.
then like, how much, how often what colour, what sort and so on where applicable.
for the MSK presentation what do we need to ask about
SOCRATES,
swelling, redness, heat, locking, deformities, weakness, altered function, instability, stiffness, pain.
when we are doing the biomedical asking stuff, whats our process of asking

ICEEF - this is the patient perspective, do this after the symptoms of things
