A government in which a few people (clan/group) have power through military, wealth, or social status.

Government is, “Ruled by the people”

Direct and Representative

What is a unitary government?
1 central government that controls everything and power is not shared.
What is a federal government?
Power is shared by a central government and states are given power to self rule.
