Fire- fire has helped man to survive but on the other hand has had some catastrophic results. This form should be performed like fire, rhythmically with outbursts of energy.

Thunder comes from the sky and is absorbed the earth. Thunder is one of the most powerful natural forces, circling, gyrating. This form should be performed as powerful as thunder.

Oh jang
Wind- although there are destructive winds such as the hurricane, tornado, and typhoon, the winds true nature is gentle yet penetrating. The wind teaches humility and good natured actions. This form should be performed with this in mind.

Water- water can move a mountain. This form should performed sometimes still like water in a like and sometimes thriving like water in a river.

Mountains- mountains are majestic no matter the size. This form should be performed knowing that all movements are this majestic and deserve to be praised.

Earth- earth is from which all things spring mature and die. Things that take from earth take limitless energy from it and the earth is wordless and hugs everything.
