Canopy

The size of a natural population at which it can be routinely exploiters without long term depletion.
National Forest
An area on East England where wood creation and countryside management is used to benefit the wildlife and community.
Net Primary Productivity
NPP: energy captured by an autotroph during respiration but not used during photosynthesis.
Pollarding
The process where trees are cut between 4 - 8 feet above the ground every few years
