Q

What are balanced forces? What does it mean for the object it acts on?

A

Forces that act in opposite directions on one object. They act in the same strength/magnitude and it means the object they act on is in equilibrium.

Q

What are unbalanced forces? What does it mean for the object it acts on?

A

When two forces acting on an object are in different directions with different strengths/magnitudes. There’s forces are unbalanced and object is not in equilibrium which means it’ll either change its speed or change its direction
