Torsion is a force that is created when you twist something like a screwdriver and can be seen in different places

Bending force is when you bend a bendy ruler
What is a bending force
Bending force is when you bend it and can creates tension and compression when you bend something like a flexible ruler. Stiffness is important toward bending force.

An example is when 2 things rub together like 2 fabrics
