Where can we find the requirements for house of representatives members in the constitution?
Section 6, Article 6
Requirements for district representatives:
1) Natural born citizen
2) At least 25 years old on the day of the elections
3) Able to read and write
4) A registered voter of the district in which they shall be elected
5) Resident of that district for not less than 1 year immediately preceding the day of elections
Requirements for Partylist representatives
