Homans Sign
Positive: Deep pain in the calfIndicates: Deep vein thrombophlebitis
Thompson Test
Positive: Absence of foot plantarflexion motionIndicates: Achilles tendon rupture
Morton Test
Positive: Sharp pain in the forefootIndicates: Metatarsalgia or neuroma (usually at the 3rd and 4th metatarsal interspace)
