Meat, poultry, egg and milk
What are the symptoms of salmonella?
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach aches, fever, chills and head aches.

Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, Staphylococcus aureus and campylobacter

12-36 hours
What are the sources of E coli?
Dirty water, minced beef, raw musk and beef.
What are the symptoms of E. coli?
Kidney damage , cramps, gas, nausea, fever and vomiting.

12-24 hours
What are the sources of Listeria?
Raw milk, unwashed salad, pâté and soft cheese.
What are the symptoms of Listeria?
Fever, muscle ache, nausea, diarrhoea

1-70 days

Raw milk, hands, cuts, mouth
What are the symptoms of Staphylococcus aureus?
Vomiting and nausea
