FSMPs are foods specially designed to help meet the nutritional or dietary needs of patients where they can not temporarily or permanently able to achieve adequate nutritional intake. Examples of people could include patients with: cystic fibrosis, cancer, coeliac disease

what is the difference between nutritionally complete and nutritionally incomplete
A
complete is where the FSMP is a sole source of nourishment for the person. Whereas incomplete is not suitable to be used as a sole source of nourishment.
