Kosher - animals must have hooves : cows, goats, heel

Animals must be in perfect health when butchered and prepared in a special way - single knife blow to the throat, blood drained out afterwards, cut up the meat and soak in salt and water to remove blood
Meat and dairy are kept strictly separate - 3-6hr gap between each
