If we have to much cholesterol in our blood this can cause fat to deposit in our blood vessels, making it harder for the blood to flow through

Lacto-ovo-vegetarians~ do not eat meat but include eggs,milk and products in their diets. Lacto-vegetarians~ A person who doesn’t eat meat and and eggs. Ovo-Vegetarians~ Eat eggs but not dairy products. Vegans~ doesn’t eat or sue any animal products. Pollo-vegetarians~ avoids re smear and fish but eats chicken
Why do people become vegetarians?
People become vegetarians because of religion, beliefs, environmental issues, animal welfare and taste
Why is it difficult for a vegetarians to obtain an adequate supply of iron?
Vegetarians have trouble obtain iron because a higher incidence of iron deficiency then most meat eaters
How can vegetarians improve the absorption of iron in their diets?
Eat more vitamin C foods together with foods rich in non-heme iron and avoid tea and coffee

Fish comes from the sea, seafood fish is a white meat, it’s smelly and it is a member of the animal kingdom

Tough meat comes form a large muscle that had to make large powerful movement. Tender comes form a muscle that made smaller, less demanding in movement
