For heathy skin and gums.
Lack of vitamin C can cause scurvy
What does vitamin D do?
Strong bones and teeth.
Lack of vitamin D can cause rickets

Iron

What does iron do?
Needed to make red blood cells
What does calcium do?
For healthy bones and teeth
Briefly describe how you test for starch
Place starch solution in test tube.
Add iodine
Starch solution should change colour
Briefly describe how you test for the presence of glucose
Make a water bath
Put a test tube of glucose solution and Benedictus solution in it.
Heat until colour changes
